2015, reworked 2022 · experimental moving image · 2 min 56 sec

An experimental work about flying and landing, reworked as part of my Arts Council England Develop Your Creative Practice research into creative approaches to audio description. The enhanced version uses sung AD, directional sound responding to the split screen, and an expanded soundtrack to explore how description can become part of the work itself.
Watch
Best experienced with headphones, so the directional sound can be heard as intended.

The captions are creatively positioned in different parts of the frame, so the captioned version is a separate edit rather than captions that can be switched on and off.
